Step 3: Fill up a large pan with oil. Heat up the oil before inserting the coated beef so it won't be soggy. Leave the meat into the boiling oil until the crumb is golden and crispy. | |
Step 4: Remove the Donkatsu from the oil and place it onto a paper towel. This will get rid of some oil and make it a little bit more healthier. After that it is ready to be served with rice and vegetables! |
