Beef Katsu (Donkatsu)

Ingredients:
Beef Tenderloin
3 Eggs
2 cup Bread Crumbs
3 cups Oil
Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/3 cup All purpose flour

This is my recipe for beef donkatsu! It's very crispy and
delicious and very easy. It doesn't take too much time.

Step 1: tenderize the meat into thin slices by using a meat smasher.
Pound until it is thin enought for frying.

Step 2: Create three seperate bowls of egg, bread crumbs and flour.
Dip the meat meat into the flour, then eggs and then the bread
crumbs so they will be able to stick to eachother.

Step 3: Fill up a large pan with oil. Heat up the oil before inserting the coated
beef so it won't be soggy. Leave the meat into the boiling oil until the crumb
is golden and crispy.

Step 4: Remove the Donkatsu from the oil and place it onto a paper towel. This will get
rid of some oil and make it a little bit more healthier. After that it is ready to
be served with rice and vegetables!
